We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our medical practices, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
- Manage phone calls, patient bookings, and document scanning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinate courier services and other administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with medical practice and health service staff to achieve shared goals
