About the Role
Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills?
We are seeking a Sales Oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales generation, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience at every touchpoint.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Providing timely and accurate processing of customer orders, quotations, and enquiries
  • Coordinating, preparing, and submitting high-quality responses and solutions to quotes, proposals, tenders, and enquiries
  • Supporting sales generation through qualification, preparation, follow-up, and conversion of leads and quotations
  • Working closely with External Sales Teams to support sales generation and business development
  • Developing strong and positive relationships with key customers
  • Delivering exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service across phone and email
  • Providing accurate information on pricing, lead times, and technical details

About You
You are a proactive and solutions-oriented individual with a passion for delivering great service. You have experience in sales, sales support, or customer service—ideally within manufacturing, steel, engineering, or construction industries. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated success in managing customer interactions and sales-related activities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM and estimating tools.
