About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at our Broadmeadows branch. As a Personal Banker, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in-branch and over the phone to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Drive sales through referrals to our specialists in home loans and business banking
  • Generate new leads across various banking products
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
