About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Estia Health. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for our residents to enjoy every day
  • Deliver exceptional cleanliness and safety standards, making a positive difference to the presentation of and service within the home
  • Collaborate with our dedicated team of aged care professionals to enrich and celebrate the lives of our residents

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles
  • Positive, warm, and empathetic approach, with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to implement and manage a hygiene maintenance system, including auditing and site inspections
