About the Role
We are seeking a Clinic Administration Officer/Medical Screener to join our Perth - Hay Street Clinic, WA on a Full-Time basis. This role will involve managing a variety of tasks and customer demands, providing an opportunity to develop your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception and general administration duties
- Processing medical bookings and results management
- Administering health questionnaires and conducting preliminary medical assessments
- Specimen collection, including supervision of Drug and Alcohol Testing
- Audiometry and Spirometry testing
- Invoicing and financial management
Requirements
- Well-organised and skilled in administration
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
