Documentation Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to create high-quality documentation for projects in the health and contact centre sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical specifications, process documents, and operational guides.
  • Translate complex information into well-structured documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and validate content.
  • Maintain documentation standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Manage version control and document updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support training material development and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Technical Document Specialist in IT or business transformation projects.
  • Experience creating technical specifications for solutions involving health sector systems and/or contact centre platforms.
  • Strong ability to understand and document complex systems, workflows, and integrations.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools (MS Word, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile delivery, or project management frameworks.
