Ensure a Clean and Safe Shopping Environment

We're seeking a team member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. This involves working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors.

About the Role:

  • Working independently and as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Using a variety of cleaning equipment and products to ensure high standards are met.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assisting with the collection of trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark.
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads.
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends).
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
