This role will play a pivotal part in leading category strategies and commercial cost optimisation activities, engaging stakeholders, realising value, and mitigating risks.

  • Gain insight into Endeavour's operations and develop category strategies with business partners to deliver sustainable value.
  • Influence key stakeholders to drive impactful change.
  • Extract valuable insights from complex analysis.
  • Effectively communicate and influence decisions.
  • Lead sourcing activities and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Develop and implement vendor performance metrics and reporting.
  • Identify and execute contract-based opportunities.
  • Support environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in category management within Repairs and Maintenance or Corporate Services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective category and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and people influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and seek clarity.
  • Desire to learn, develop, and grow within the team.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Google Workspace and Coupa.
  • Possess strong spend data analytics capabilities.
  • Membership of a procurement affiliated body is highly desirable.
