About the Role

The Central Coast Council is seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Heavy Rigid to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing haulage services to support our Council's operations, delivering quality customer service, and creating value for the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Heavy Rigid truck to transport goods and materials to and from our depots and sites.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Current Heavy Rigid Driver's Licence.
  • Current SafeWork NSW general construction induction card.
  • Current working near overhead powerlines accreditation or commitment to obtain within a specified time.
  • Current RMS NSW Traffic Control Stop/Slow accreditation or commitment to obtain within a specified time.
