  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a seamless banking experience
  • Meet each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Sound understanding of compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
