Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the delivery of diversity and inclusion services and programs. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including designing content for our diversity and inclusion hub, researching and developing relations with external providers, and administering and coordinating diversity events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with stakeholders to identify and implement diversity needs
  • Designing content for our diversity and inclusion hub
  • Researching and developing relations with external providers
  • Administering and coordinating diversity events
  • Improving business processes
  • Evaluation and feedback management

Required Skills:

  • Proven interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills
  • Experience building rapport with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • A strong attention to detail to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Experience contributing to or leading agile teams
