A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our dynamic team at Kids Academy Regentville. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting educators and families to deliver exceptional early education and care.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre, meeting compliance and financial targets, while fostering a culture of quality, safety, and excellence. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in mentoring and supporting staff to achieve outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification, strong experience in a Centre Manager role, and a current Working with Children's Check. You will also have a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.

About the Role:

  • Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per annum
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

Kids Academy Regentville offers 145 places across 5 beautiful rooms, providing high-quality education and care to children.
