Job Role Overview

This position involves developing and refining quantum sensor technology for applications in aerospace, defense, geophysical exploration, and Earth observation.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished electronics engineer with expertise in analogue and mixed-signal design. Experience with RF and optoelectronic devices is highly desirable but not essential.

As a senior member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for mentoring engineers and technicians, driving continuous improvement in hardware development practices, and managing the delivery of complex prototypes.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality analogue and mixed-signal designs at a senior level
  • Desirable: RF and optoelectronic experience; R&D collaboration with scientists and engineers
Technical Requirements

This role requires a strong foundation in electronics engineering principles, including circuit design, signal processing, and systems integration.

Knowledge of RF and optoelectronic technologies is highly desirable, as well as experience working with scientists and engineers in R&D environments.
