We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key role that involves managing early arrears portfolios and building relationships with customers.

About the Role
  • This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months experience in an office or customer service environment, along with strong verbal and communication skills. They should also be able to effectively prioritise, manage deadlines and understand new ideas and concepts quickly.

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting customers through the repayment process, often in difficult circumstances. You will need to deliver high-quality results while adhering to our policies, processes, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage early arrears portfolio end to end
  • Making suitable arrangements with customers as per our credit policy
  • Monitoring financial hardship, variations, bankrupts and defaults register
  • Responding to inbound collections queries
  • Following up on broken payment arrangements and renegotiating new arrangements
  • Providing customers with solutions to their queries
  • Educating delinquent customers to prevent future arrears

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, detail-orientated, and focused on time management. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
