Bar Team Leader Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team and drive exceptional service standards at our resort.

Job Description:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the standard for excellence in delivering seamless, high-quality bar and food service. You will lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest interactions and train staff members to ensure consistent standards, upselling techniques, and guest satisfaction.

  • Leading and motivating the bar team to deliver exceptional service and vibrant guest interactions.
  • Training and developing team members to ensure consistent standards, upselling techniques, and guest satisfaction.
  • Managing cleanliness, hygiene protocols, and inventory to keep everything running smoothly and safely.
  • Ensuring compliance with RSA requirements and all liquor licensing regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in bar service within a hotel or restaurant setting, with demonstrated leadership and mixology skills. Exceptional focus on guest needs, maintaining calmness and courtesy under all circumstances. Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while leading a team.
