Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our growth team, based in Nunawading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention for our digital product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with edtech partners on sales, marketing, commercials, and implementation as we launch and scale their products.
  • Attend industry events, network with key stakeholders, and proactively generate leads to support sales growth.
  • Pursue and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall financial health of the business.
  • Oversee digital product pilots, ensuring successful implementation and conversion into long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline for our digital product portfolio, effectively nurturing leads through to conversion.
  • Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and digital products are fully embedded and well used.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners, including through an active role in strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven success in business development or relationship management.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital technologies, preferably with an education focus.
  • Proven ability to deliver valued solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with proficiency in effective communication and customer service.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales performance metrics.
