Bakery Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Trade Qualified Baker or Skilled Baker with experience in fast-paced bakery environments to join our exceptional bakery team at Coles Supermarkets.

• The ideal candidate will take pride in contributing to a bakery department which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging. This role involves working closely with other team members to ensure high-quality baked goods are delivered consistently.

The successful candidate will have:

• Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is preferred, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
• Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously. Your knowledge of these aspects is essential to uphold our high standards.
• Customer-obsessed mindset: Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
• Passion for quality and consistency: You take pride in every loaf that you deliver.
• Mentorship and Team Support: We are looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
