As a Public Relations Professional, you will be working closely with our Senior Manager to develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for Studio, Disney+, and Franchise. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PR strategies for Studio, Disney+, and Franchise, including media release development, influencer engagement, and event planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets, securing editorial placements and interviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign goals.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Provide high-quality pitches, manage events, and present engaging content.
  • Utilize social media platforms and the influencer space to amplify campaign reach.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Media Communications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a PR environment, preferably with knowledge of the Australian media landscape.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing pitches, managing events, and presenting engaging content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and the influencer space.
  • Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and resource requirements.
  • An open attitude, passion for the entertainment industry, and understanding of Disney brands and values.
