About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team at PHE Pty Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians on various projects throughout the Snowy Mountains region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver safe, productive, and quality electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial settings.
  • Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope, and quality when required.
  • Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
  • Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
  • Oversee PHE apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience leading a team made up of leading hands, electricians, other trades, apprentices, and non-trades people on industrial sites.
  • The ability to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams and Excel.
  • Experience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
  • Previous experience in job estimating and quoting.
  • Quality Management experience.
  • Budget management experience.
  • A flexible and open attitude to working away from home, as required by the company.

Licences and Certifications:

  • Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech
  • NSW Electrical Licence
  • High risk work licence with WP Class
  • Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 years
  • LVR/CPR certificate within the past 12 months
  • White Construction Card
  • C Class Drivers Licence
  • National Police Clearance
