Clinical Care Leader

A clinical care leader is required to join our team of skilled healthcare professionals at Australian Unity. This part-time position will see you delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to residents, leading and mentoring care and clinical team members, conducting nursing assessments, and developing care plans specific to resident needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality patient care that meets the unique needs of each individual
- Leading and mentoring a team of care professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and developing tailored care plans
- Providing expert advice and support to patients and their families
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate empathy and excellent clinical skills, as well as the ability to lead and support a team. You will also require current AHPRA registration, a bachelor's degree in nursing, and minimum 2 years' experience as a registered nurse.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a registered nurse
- Previous experience working in aged care (desired)

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000, depending on experience.
