About the Role

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Darwin, NT. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting injured workers and employers in achieving a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, and medical and allied health professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify workplace hazards and develop strategies to prevent injuries and illnesses.
  • Provide education and training to employers and employees on workplace safety and injury prevention.
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement return-to-work plans, ensuring a smooth transition back to the workplace.
  • Utilize clinical skills to perform diverse assessments, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments, to diagnose, support treatment plans, and address psychosocial obstacles to employment.

Requirements
