Strategic Content Lead

  • Set the information architecture approach, improve search functionality, and continuously increase the quality of content
  • Ensure consistency in tone and voice across all content channels
  • Transform the team to hone writing as a craft by embedding it in company culture and establishing principles and guidelines
  • Measure the impact of initiatives through data and encourage insights-led continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have experience in content operations, knowledge management, and team leadership. They will be passionate about using content to drive business results and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
