Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the strategic management, planning, and coordination of automotive parts procurement activities.
  2. Analyze and organize inventory requirements to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing storage and distribution expenses.
  3. Negotiate supplier contracts to meet quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  4. Collaborate with workshops to enhance inventory management processes and establish effective supply and distribution systems.
  5. Explore cost-saving opportunities and enhance the efficiency of existing procedures.
  6. Develop and maintain schedules for equipment inspections, reliability assessments, and work plans.
  7. Generate cost estimates and material requirements for various projects.
  8. Ensure effective monitoring and management of distribution operations.

Candidate Profile

  1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in a purchasing management capacity.
  2. Strong listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  3. Demonstrated reliability, self-motivation, and capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  4. Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
