Early Childhood Educator Role

At our Surry Hills Campus, we're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Diploma or Cert III qualified educator to provide high-quality early years education and care.

This role is part of a dynamic team that supports the health and wellbeing of every child in our care. Our unique approach to early years learning encompasses more than just education.

The successful applicant will work on rotating rosters and be responsible for delivering exceptional educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality early years education and care to children aged 0-5
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support the development and implementation of educational programs that cater to diverse needs
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma or Cert III qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
