Job Description:

As a Supervisor, you will manage statutory compliance work, provide tax advice under senior leader guidance, oversee job planning and budget management, mentor junior staff, and prepare management reports for diverse clients.

As a Senior Accountant, you will prepare financial statements, tax returns, and assist with tax planning and advisory projects. You will also act as a key client contact across multiple industries and deliver high-quality compliance and advisory outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review statutory compliance work.
  • Provide tax advice under the guidance of senior leaders.
  • Oversee job planning, workflow allocation, and budget management.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members.
  • Prepare management reports for a diverse client base.
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualification (completed or near completion).
  • Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business.
  • Strong technical knowledge in business advisory and/or taxation.
  • Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB).
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • A proactive, team-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
