Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 40 properties, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that tenants are satisfied with their living conditions.
  • Lease Renewals: Renew leases for tenants, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that tenants are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Entry and Exit Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of properties at the beginning and end of tenancies, documenting any damage or issues.
  • Rental Arrears: Manage rental arrears, communicating with tenants and landlords to resolve any issues.
  • Processing Maintenance: Process maintenance requests from tenants, ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Invoicing: Invoicing landlords for rent and other expenses.
  • QCAT/Tribunal: Represent the company in QCAT/tribunal proceedings as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Registration: Current Certificate of Registration.
  • Property Management Experience: Previous property management experience, ideally 1+ years.
  • Communication and Attention to Detail: High level of communication and attention to detail.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills.
  • Written and Verbal Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Telephone Manner and Time Management: Outstanding telephone manner and time management.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, accountability, and focus.
  • Well-Presented: Well-presented.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
