Job Summary

The role of a Hospitality Service Coordinator is to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience at our hotel. This involves greeting and welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, address their inquiries, and assist with special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check-out Process: Handle guest check-outs, process payments, and provide receipts.
  • Reservations: Manage hotel reservations, confirm bookings, and assist guests with room changes as needed.
  • Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure all guest needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle cash and credit transactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in hotel management software or willingness to learn (training provided).
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
