Job Title: Shuttle Operator

We are seeking a skilled Shuttle Operator to join our team. As a Shuttle Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests and team members on and off premises.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport guests and team members on and off premises.
  • Complete daily inspections and vehicle condition reports.
  • Ensure safe transportation of guests and team members.
  • Operate wheelchair lifts and secure wheelchairs with tie-down straps.
  • Install and remove tire chains and operate drop-down chains.
  • Physically inspect vehicles, including tire inspections and fluid levels.
  • Operate seat extractors.
  • Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
  • Maintain a safe and clean vehicle, inside and out.
Requirements:
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess and maintain a valid California driver's license with passenger endorsement.
  • Possess and maintain a valid Black Oak Casino driver's permit.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Obtain First Aid/CPR certification within introductory period.
  • Be able to communicate using a portable 2-way radio and/or cell phone.
  • Be able to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Pass a mandatory drug test.
  • Obtain a valid gaming license.
  • Provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Be able to communicate in English.
Physical Demands:
  • Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
  • Required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally over 100 lbs with assistance.
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
  • Must work in a noisy environment with exposure to oscillation movements (vibration) of the extremities or whole body.
  • Must work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events. May work around moving machinery with possible exposure to dust and fumes.
  • Must work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Required to wear protective equipment such as gloves, weather gear, etc.
