About the Digital Engineering Role:

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead BIM coordination and digital engineering efforts across large-scale projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing BIM strategies, ensuring alignment with project and industry standards.

  • Develop and implement BIM strategies to ensure seamless integration with project phases.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and compliant BIM/digital engineering models.
  • Lead clash detection, safety in design sessions, and issue management using specialized tools.
  • Define and enforce digital workflows, standards, and quality assurance for consistent deliverables.
  • Provide training and guidance on digital engineering tools and methodologies within the project team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital engineering, BIM management, or a related role within major infrastructure projects.
  • Proven expertise in leading BIM coordination across civil structure, drainage, roads, and utilities on large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data management, integration, and interoperability across digital platforms.
