As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including personal care, mobility assistance, and medication management.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and feeding.
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents through various activities and programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with residents who may have complex needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification.
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move residents as required.
