Job Title: Head of Intelligence

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Intelligence to lead our Data and Analytics team in delivering exceptional, profitable work. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing, enabling, and overseeing a cross-functional team to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Data and Analytics team to deliver outstanding work profitably.
  • Build, maintain, and refine existing and new data products and services to meet client needs and stay ahead of the data landscape.
  • Promote easily digestible, actionable insights from data to inform business decisions.
  • Strategize and implement data-driven decisions to align agency and client objectives.
  • Mentor the team to foster growth, happiness, and commercial acumen.
  • Make significant contributions to business development by leading new business initiatives and establishing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate across functions, coordinating with general managers across Strategy, Creative, Technology, Media Planning, and Project Management teams.
  • Advocate our data products and services compellingly to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 13+ years of experience in Data Strategy.
  • Expertise in the digital world and a masterful understanding of multiple industries, including telecommunications, Automotive, and CPGA.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines.
  • Experience managing a team of experienced employees.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Data Science practices and converting analytics outputs into formulation of strategy.
  • Knowledge in Audience Segmentation is an advantage.
  • Well-versed in Business Intelligence, including dashboarding and visualization.
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills.
