Job Title: Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic team at S2M Digital Recruitment. In this role, you will focus on managing and optimizing paid search campaigns for major clients, with an emphasis on achieving key performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to maximize results.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, and other KPIs.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and analyze data for actionable insights.
  • Conduct thorough campaign audits and create strategic plans to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement conversion tracking to measure ROI accurately.
  • Craft compelling ad copy aligned with brand guidelines to enhance the user journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Analyze SEO performance and develop strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube, if applicable.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Adobe Test & Target.
  • Strong experience with Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with tag management tools, such as Google Tag Manager.
  • A solid understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
