**Job Overview**

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer opportunities for sustainable employment. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement innovative activities that meet activation requirements.

The role supports the Activation Manager in identifying activities, creating site-specific initiatives, referral processes, schedules, and activity management. Additionally, the specialist reviews report data to aid sites in their daily activation management of customers.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Work effectively with diverse clients, employers, and staff;
  • Strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and typing ability (minimum 30 words per minute);
  • Create employment pathway opportunities;
  • Analyze reports and identify performance and compliance issues;

**Additional Requirements**

  • Hold a current driver's licence;
  • Possess a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development, along with completion of three selected WHS modules from the Certificate IV in WHS;
  • Have at least 12 months of experience in Employment Services.
