Pick Up and Delivery Driver
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated driver to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build a long-term career in a stable, supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport general freight to support local communities, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Safely unload freight by hand or tailgate to key service providers.
- Complete all paperwork accurately, including pre-start checks, run sheets, PODs, and logbooks.
- Use PDAs to scan freight and capture live signatures, ensuring visibility across the network.
- Follow set procedures and safety standards to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Hold a current Manual Car Licence or Medium Rigid Licence with experience.
- Forklift licence and experience is desirable.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, and a criminal history check.
