- Conduct Audits and Investigations: Conduct regular audits to monitor HSEQ performance and lead incident investigations and reporting.
- Develop and Conduct Training: Create and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
- Manage Risk and Compliance: Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Certificate IV in OHS and/or Environment: Mandatory minimum qualification.
- TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment: Desirable qualification.
- Sound Knowledge of Pipeline Regulation: Strong understanding of pipeline regulation and compliance requirements.
- High-Level Knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental Legislation: In-depth knowledge of health and safety and environmental legislation and practices.
- Experience Dealing with Stakeholders: Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at a high level.
