Key Responsibilities

  2. Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
  3. Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
  4. Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
  5. Document and celebrate children's developmental milestones.
  6. Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

  • Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
