The Role:

This pivotal role within our sales team offers a unique chance to leverage your deep understanding of construction in a tech-driven environment. If you've managed projects, led teams, and coordinated complex operations in construction, and now you're ready to bring that expertise to a new frontier, this role is ideal.

We've crafted and refined our playbooks to ensure a smooth transition into a full-cycle sales role, providing the support and structure needed to excel. For someone ambitious and ready to drive growth, this moment is perfect. We've built the foundation – now there's plenty of open field for you to run in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that resonate with project stakeholders
  • Work with customer success managers to deliver exceptional onboarding and activation for customers
  • Generate early project pipeline within target customers and build relationships and case studies to scale them into enterprise strategies
  • Adapt and refine our proven playbooks to suit your approach
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive value for both parties
  • Achieve consistent quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
  • Construction Expertise > Years of experience in construction, perhaps as a PE, SPE, or Area Manager, looking to leverage that knowledge in a new way
  • Tech Savvy > Excited by technology's potential to solve construction pain points and eager to make a change in your career
  • Relationship Builder > Excellent communication skills, confident in connecting with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Personal Drive & Responsibility > Strong sense of ownership and urgency in achieving results
  • Growth Mindset > Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a new role, with a hunger to continuously improve
