About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Developmental Support Specialist to join our team in Grafton, ND.

This role is responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, work, recreation, and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Model effective communication and socialization skills, teaching self-advocacy and self-help strategies.
  • Document and report on individual progress to the team.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive on-site training will be provided.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
