About The Role

This position is responsible for supporting dealer advertising queries and providing strategic guidance on marketing initiatives. Reviewing retail and product advertising communications to ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance guidelines is also a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, monitoring dealer social media platforms for compliance, brand consistency, and engagement opportunities is essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support dealers in their advertising efforts and provide expert guidance on marketing strategies.
  • Review and verify that all retail and product advertising communications adhere to brand standards and compliance regulations.
  • Monitor dealer social media presence to ensure it aligns with company branding and policies.
  • Assist clients in preparing presentations, videos, training materials, and marketing strategy reviews for dealer meetings.
  • Manage Ad Builder assets and Dealer Kits, ensuring dealers have access to high-quality marketing materials.
  • Audit the retail asset platform to guarantee assets are up-to-date.
  • Support national clients in preparation for bi-annual compliance audits.
  • Draft dealer bulletins and marketing communications to keep dealers informed about company policies, promotions, and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, as well as 2+ years of experience in dealer advertising, retail marketing, brand management, or advertising agency account management. Proficiency in advertising and asset management tools, excellent presentation skills, and analytical skills are essential.
