About the Opportunity

As a QA Test Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality releases to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing Quality team, driving business outcomes and contributing to our mission.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality conversations are embedded throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Promote risk-based testing and work with the team to identify opportunities for training and mentoring.
  • Evaluate and recommend QA tools and processes to enhance efficiency and improve testing capabilities.
  • Manage QA environments across all platforms.
  • Oversee testing efforts and ensure they are prioritised effectively.
  • Regularly review automation coverage and priorities to ensure efforts focus on high-risk areas and provide meaningful business insights.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a seasoned QA professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes. If you have

  • 5+ years experience as a QA with 2+ years team leadership experience
  • Experience managing test environments
  • Prior experience with test automation frameworks
  • Experience working in a SaaS or cloud-based product environment (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies
  • Ability to design and implement test frameworks
  • Experience in leading and facilitating testing-related workshops
  • Salesforce administration and/or development knowledge (desirable)
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices (desirable)
  • Familiarity with performance testing and security testing concepts (desirable)
