About Your Opportunity
As an experienced Project Director, you will lead and direct significant portfolios of multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects, implementing project management frameworks, tools, and protocols to improve consistency and effectiveness.
You will apply your leadership skills to implement project management systems to monitor and control the effective delivery of critical water infrastructure projects within time, scope, and budget.
The role requires high-level stakeholder management and ensures all safety, compliance, and quality assurance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the management, coordination, and delivery of high-value and complex dam improvement projects in accordance with frameworks, industry best practice, and statutory requirements.
2. Oversee capital planning and construction activities to ensure that all phases of the dam improvement projects are completed within specifications.
3. Deliver high-quality project management, contract administration, and related services from project inception through to project completion.
4. Identify and define major strategic issues for the organisation and integrate diverse stakeholder interests.
5. Develop and oversee project planning schedules including identification and management of risks, issues, and constraints.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or Economics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Substantial experience in planning and delivering major projects.
Substantial management knowledge and experience, including operational planning processes.
Substantial industry and regulatory experience in understanding quality management principles.
