We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coordinator to lead our team at one of our services in New South Wales.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year working in the childcare sector, with experience in programming for school-aged children that caters to each child's well-being, positive sense of identity, and confidence as a learner and participant.

Behavior training is essential for this role, as is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and families.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the children in their care, administering first aid and medication when required, and ensuring staff members are aware of and adhering to legislative requirements, relevant awards, and agreements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Cert III, Cert IV, teaching degree, or diploma
