We are seeking an experienced educational leader to join our team as Deputy Principal at St Laurence's College. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and operations of our school.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the school community
- Assume the role of Acting Principal in the absence of the Principal
- Oversee the work of Directors and Managers and their respective portfolios
- Maintain strategic integrity with respect to College-wide decision-making
- Contribute as a member of the College Leadership Team and lead the Senior Leadership Team
- Understanding of Catholic mission and identity
- Successful experience in a senior leadership position in a school setting
