Cerebral Palsy Alliance is a leading not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities.
We are currently seeking a qualified Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in the Northern Beaches and North Shore region.
As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support to clients in a group home setting, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence and community engagement.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for working with people with disabilities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30.50-$35.25, plus superannuation and penalty rates.
In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as automatic 25% loading on casual positions, access to salary packaging, flexible working hours, and a well-being allowance of $100 per year.
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
You will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality support to our clients.
