Job Title: Seafood Processor Crew
Key Responsibilities- Unload fresh seafood products from vessels
- Move seafood to chillers, freezers and live tanks
- Sort, dress and fillet fish with a high recovery rate
- Sort, clean and retrieve meat from shellfish and crustaceans
- Load seafood into trucks
- Pack boned and filleted seafood into cartons
- Inspect and grade fish and shellfish for size and quality
- Pack fish and count packs before freezing, and pack frozen fish blocks into cartons
- Operate machines that slice, peel, skin, crumb and package seafood product
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
Working Hours: Flexible hours available
Required Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
