Senior Strata Manager Position in Canberra

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strata Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our strata management department, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Canberra area.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with owners corporations and other stakeholders to ensure seamless property management
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance work, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, as well as budgets for presentations to AGMs
  • Convene and conduct meetings, providing clear guidance and support to committee members
  • Perform periodic inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations

About You:

  • Previous experience in strata management, preferably with a strong focus on residential and commercial properties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with owners, committees, and other stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in software applications used in strata management
  • A bright and bubbly personality, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Salary and Benefits:
