About the Role

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants across the lifespan in Rockingham and surrounding areas.

Your Everyday
  • As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centers.
  • You will utilize evidence-based measurement tools and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology services to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
  • You will work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
  • You will attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
  • You will tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Registration
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential.
