About the Role

The Royal Flying Doctor Service is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a background and interest in Learning and Development to support our People Business Partners with various initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement all e-learning at an enterprise level
  • Develop an organisational learning and development framework, policy and process
  • Create an annual 12-month calendar of learning linked to our capability framework
  • Consult with appropriate stakeholders and SMEs to deliver on projects and learning
  • Review our Organisational Volunteers framework, policy and processes

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years generalist HR experience with a focus on Learning and Development
  • Qualifications in HR, Project Management, Business or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in implementing and driving HR Projects and initiatives
  • Creativity and able to deliver 'outside the square' solutions
  • The ability and flexibility to travel to RFDSSE locations
