Senior Medical Nurse Manager

In this senior position, you will provide support, leadership, and clinical expertise to the nursing team. You will collaborate closely with medical, allied, and ancillary staff on each shift to ensure the provision of exemplary care. When not on duty, you will act as the lead nurse.
This challenging yet rewarding position requires:
- A current registration as a registered nurse from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A minimum of three years recent clinical experience in surgical and/or medical nursing
- Leadership experience and skills to coordinate care effectively
- Well-developed high-acuity nursing skills with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
- The ability to make timely decisions and determine the best course of action
