Product Leadership Opportunity

Elevate your career as a Director of Product, shaping the evolution of pricing, payments, and supply-side systems for a global travel innovator.

This mission-critical role will take responsibility for managing real-time pricing, optimizing payments, and supplier integrations that support millions in daily sales.

You will work closely with an equally capable engineering function, leveraging data to drive impact across conversion, margin, and business efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own product strategy for pricing, payments, and supplier integrations
  • Solve complex challenges in dynamic pricing, discounting, and bundling
  • Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to streamline supply
  • Drive product delivery ensuring accuracy, scalability, and automation
  • Leverage data analytics for informed high-impact decisions
  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers for precise execution

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years product experience including 2+ leadership roles leading product managers
  • Experience building supply-side systems in e-commerce, travel, or marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of payment flows, pricing engines, and margin optimization
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, data-heavy environments with competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
